Bed Census Dashboard:
Developing a Dashboard for monitoring and
reporting bed occupancy of a multi facility healthcare institution. Engaged stakeholders, collected project requirements, developed a software system integrated with HIS to provide online monitoring as well as analytical reports related to bed statistics.
Automating Policies and Procedures Management Process:
Upon analyzing used process and building its As-Is model, innovating a fully automated process by developing an in-house, integrated, multi-roles software platform. Playing the role of lead developer for this project and executed tasks defined by manager. In addition, monitored the status of the whole project lifecycle and update project scope when necessary.
Transformation Program:
Transformational system redesign through work streams, to be developed into a Transformation Plan for delivery. To implement a culture of right care, right now across the organization, putting the needs of patients first and empowering staff to make decisions, ensuring successful patient outcomes. Proposed changes and helping in monitoring the work.
Strategic Measures Framework:
Building a framework of a set of strategic measures from specific domains to enable balanced and holistic evaluation of organizational dynamics. Defined project scope, defined the relevant activities and developed the appropriate schedule.
