1. Engaging with the customer in the initial stages during the sales cycle to help
identifying the right scope and address the customer needs/pains to help
maximizing value proposition, closing the deal and prepare for smooth project
kickoff.
2. Manage, mentor and coach a team of Senior project managers running KSA
region Dynamic CRM 365 (banking& Insurance) projects.
3. Plan and execute the overall KSA program using VeriPark standard process
and tools to ensure successful implementation in terms of quality, timeline,
budget and overall alignment with customer objectives and relationship.
4. Manage program/projects risks and issues that might arise over the course of
the program life cycle, as well as take measures to correct them when occurs.
5. Work as a liaison between all internal and external stakeholders to make sure
alignment on projects plans, objectives, risks and issues are in place.
Education
6. Manage and use resources across the various projects and programs in KSA to
achieve best results for the organization.
7. Manage the financial aspects of the program: budgeting and estimate to actual
variances, as well as cash flow and timely collections.
8. Have a frequent check points with clients through different channels to follow
up progress, collect feedback and discuss new business Opportunities.
9. Provide client key insights to performance of content, strategies and initiatives
deployed.
10. Support Presales activities, respond to RFPs, Create Proposal, Customer
Demos and, POCs and workshops.
1. Manage ETHIX Banking solution implementation projects.
2. Monitoring, controlling project execution and reporting project status to
stakeholders and higher management.
3. Guide customer through all phases using best practices.
4. liaison between onsite and development teams to make sure issues reported,
tracked properly till smooth fixing.

integration projects across LinkDev.
