- Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports and functional deliverables to meet the functional requirements in order to achieve the desired efficiency and performance excellence
- Ensure all rules and bylaws are adhered to by the Board & Committees during meetings and in the implementation of their decisions.
- Provide legal advice to the Board & Committees on regulatory issues as needed.

In litigations,
I am a member of the team handling commercial cases such as, enforcing an award from London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) in the amount of 32 million USD for a telecommunication Company, and defending a company worth 2 billion SAR against a judgment liquidating its business.
In transactions,
- I was one of the team who prepared a due diligence report for a telecom company that is buying thousands of mobile towers from other companies in SA.
- I worked with the managing partner on an acquisition worth 100 million SAR. I was responsible for drafting the due diligence, MOU and the contract.
- I am responsible for establishing limited liability companies and drafting shareholder resolutions and other resolutions for companies.
Provide legal advice in high profile agreement in the ICT sector in addition to the general legal support to the team. I work closely with Deputy Minister of Telecommunications and Information Technology
Responsible for providing legal advice on a wide range of carrier network agreements with STC, ZAIN & Mobily and other business agreements with partners.
Additionally, I manage the litigation part of the legal department. I succeeded to reach settlements with other companies and law firm to close cases.
Responsible for:
1. Commercial cases; drafting submissions, attending hearings in different courts (commercial, criminal and general).
2. Labor cases; internal investigation and managing labor cases (submission and hearings)
3. Reviewing constructions contracts and subcontracts.
4. Following up with external lawyers for cases outside Saudi.
5. Drafting letters, memos and submission to courts.
6. Responsible for reviewing the new internal sub-contracting procedures at ACC
I am responsible for providing support to the business units across the region. This include:
• Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements (for example, supply agreements), NDAs and similar contracts.
• Undertaking company secretarial work, including arranging for board and shareholder meetings, preparing agendas for such meetings and drafting minutes of meetings, resolutions and powers of attorney.
• Share transfers across the region (in conjunction with local counsel, as required).
• Document management skills to assist with the management of the document database across the organization.
• Legal research (for example, research into environmental legislation and labor law).
