I’m currently leading the business of the elearning department which includes virtual learning environment, talent management systems, learning management system, virtual classroom, content management system, and more in Middle East and North Africa (MENA). My main objectives are to increase the sales in these territories and to contribute to our company and vendors success. With an international experience and with a deep understanding of the MENA region needs I have successfully contribute in the success of the elearning business unit by closing so many mega deals on the past 3 years in different countries. The main current responsibilities I have:
•Work closely with Naseej business development team for developing and coordinate comprehensive product strategies for academic market (and other possible markets), prioritizing initiatives appropriately based on quantified market opportunities.
•Identifying possible business partners and suppliers, coordinating, and managing partnerships, and alliances.
•Developing and documenting business and market requirements, including business plan, standard proposals and RFPs.
•Developing revenue forecasts and targets and coordinates this with offices and drive pre-sales support to them to exceed revenue and margin.
•Advocating rational pricing and business models.
•Leading the training for Naseej sales offices on product attributes and sales strategies.
•Collecting, analyzing, and distributing competitive intelligence.
•Planning and executing presales support plan in cooperation with Naseej marketing department and lead presales activities.
•Conducting meaningful customer research to ensure digital solutions truly meet market needs.

•Closing two major deals in KSA, and the biggest consortium for an educational network in UAE.
•Work closely with Naseej business development team for developing and coordinate comprehensive product strategies for academic market (and other possible markets), prioritizing initiatives appropriately based on quantified market opportunities.
•The responsibility of establishing the eLearning business unit, plotting, and executing the unit strategic plan.
•Identifying possible business partners and suppliers, coordinating, and managing partnerships, and alliances.
•Has been reworded as the best of 7 employees for the year 2012 (my first year in Naseej) among 300 employees.
•Has been selected to present a topic in Desire2Learn Fusion annual conference meeting in US- Boston. This session covered the eLearning across cultures. I've joined two speakers on the panel from Australia and Canada for sharing their experience on this topic.

As an international sales member, I have the responsibility to develop the business in Middle East and North Africa by focusing in building the channel partnership. I have engaged to develop the process of selecting the resellers for the Ketab Company, followed by developing the reseller sales training program to onboard them.
In UAE, I was acting as a sales manager following up with Dubai resellers, I have successfully achieved the biggest 2 deals for Dubai office in 2011. My other responsibilities were to:
•Manage the Channel partnership MENA-region
•Help and support Ketab sales office in Ketab branches.
•Provide a marketing consultation for Ketab marketing team.
•Managing Dubai office for 6 months.

Developed and maintained the distributor relationship in Middle East by:

Also, I was responsible in developing the reseller’s onboarding programs focusing on sales and support training types. From a deep understanding of current products, I have accomplished high customer retention for 3 consecutive years. Other responsibilities of my carrier were:
•Build resellers sales and technical onboarding program.
•Pre-Sales Support with Ketab sales office.

•Leaded the company training division, and managed 12 employees. Developed their skills, helped them to start their first training programs as a team at customer side. Giving them the passion to get customers on board, and to work with them step by step to develop their learning knowledge and skills for the company solutions side.
•Developed a several training programs for Ketab Technologies. Each training program covers several topics about the company solutions. this include:
•Training for Ketab Technologies technical support employees.
•Training for Ketab Technologies trainers (TOT program).
•Training for Customers, Two types:
•Instructors training
•Administrators training
•Training for Ketab technologies distributors and resellers.
•Worked closely with development team to enhance the usability of the company software.
•Leaded the biggest successful installation project in Saudi Arabia - Hail. Leaded a team of 4 groups and 24 employees and workers in different location. Helped out the groups to get on board. Giving them the passion to work as a team and to help others to getting their tasks completed.
•Conducted training programs in Jordan, KSA, UAE, and Lebanon for more than 20, 000 schools teachers, universities faculty staffs, and employees on the use of the interactive tools in the classroom with training and teaching tips. Cover approximately 3% from Jordanian instructors.
•Leaded a project for developing a new patent solution and established the research and development office in Ketab Technologies
•Has been reworded in many occasions for helping customers, and customer's employees for having the desired solution onboard.
•I've participated in more than 30 international events in Middle East and UK for developing the business of Ketab Technologies, find outstanding resellers and selling to customers.
