Develop project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management
- Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from contractors.
- Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.
- Stakeholder Management
- Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned engineering projects
- Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
- Interacting daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
- Performing overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status
- Assign responsibilities and mentor project team
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
- Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
- Assist the sector manager in establishing, organizing, planning and implementing the approved strategies

- Ensure all pouring procedures are within the standards and maintain compliance of all on-site concrete tests with (ACI) standards
- Identify concrete mixture condition, conducting inspection and physical tests
- Monitor the implementation of the contractor's health and safety plan on the construction site
- Perform the site visit/walkthrough to ensure effective coordination between execution & safety team
- Coordination with contractor & consultant safety representative for site visit and find solution to urgent, critical safety issues
- Managing all quality reporting
- Coordinate between sub-contractors and the other parties such as main contractor, government and stakeholder's
- Perform technical review for all sub-contractor’s BOQs
- Attending daily and weekly construction meetings
- Handling all interface points with all government parties
