• Providing commissioning and technical support for various sections (Block's) on site from testing and writing PLC programs (Pallets stacker, lifts & conveyors), configuration of drives and HMI's, I/O testing various equipment’s such as different sensors, circuit breakers, fuses at different levels also adjusting the conveyor speeds to suite the requirements.
• Programmed and Commissioned Block 10 (UK's largest waste conveyor system) which is based on Siemens series 400 safety PLC’s, Siemens HMI’s and Siemens Mobile Panels.
• Managing various technical teams consisting of mechanical and electrical departments, from different contractors to do different tasks during the commissioning phase of the project.
• Configuring and parameterizing various types of SEW inverters, drives and servo-drives, including control of PID parameters to achieve maximum performance from drives.
• Adhering to Profibus and CANBus protocols for connectivity on site between devices.
• Configuring the Micro Ellipse Laser Sensors.
• Configured the handshaking between the Baler and Waste Conveyor System.
• Preparing the layouts for Block 10 in Microsoft Visio.
• Authored various test documents for Site Acceptances Tests (SAT) and Operation Manuals.
• With support of simulation on PLC passed Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) for Block 10.
