Responsibilities include but not limited to: Marketing, client liaison, managing proposals and pricing, staff planning, internal development planning in addition to technical supervision.
Manage 10-Architects design team for High-Rise / Mid-Rise mixed-use projects throughout the northeast of the United States from New York to Washington, DC. Responsible for preparing and reviewing proposals and contracts. Manage all phases of assigned projects, from programming and concept design through construction administration. Determine the client's functional and spatial requirements. Produce project schedules and develop budgets. Coordinate progress with clients, engineers and consultants to resolve complex building systems integration. Manage the production of construction documents with consultant input. Select materials, colors and equipments for specification document. Responsible for tracking staffing needs, scheduling, invoicing, billing and collection for assigned projects.

LeCount Towers (New Rochelle, NY): This mixed-use scheme consists of 1.5 million square feet of upscale 44 stories Twin Towers. The project will serve Hotel, Offices, Retail, and Residential uses.
Trump Plaza Condominium Tower (New Rochelle, NY): One of the billionaire Donald Trump’s signature towers. After my successful completion of the project management of Midtown Reston high rise tower, my company asked me to manage this challenging New York High-Rise Tower. This mixed-use scheme provides for 71, 000 sq. ft. of retail space on the ground floor with an additional 78, 600 sq. ft. of retail space on the second level for a total of 149, 600 sq. ft. and approximately 220, 000 sq. ft. of upscale 32 stories residential condominiums above.

Equinox 360 - Condominium Towers (East Rutherford, NJ): The project consists of two (2) Residential towers with (614) units over five (5) levels of above-grade parking to accommodate (1230) parking spaces. The building is twenty (20) stories high.

The Palladium at McLean, Virginia. The Palladium in McLean offers the perfect combination of unparalleled luxury condominium living, commercial and retail space. Highland Plaza, New Brunswick, NJ, a huge 417 units Condominium Building. The building has in addition to the condominium units: a Clubhouse, Retail Stores and an underground Garage Floor.
At the headquarter offices, I was responsible of estimating the costs for industrial / commercial roofing projects and preparing submittals and Construction Documents for consultants. I modified the existing estimating program and designed new one. The new program increased the estimating department productivity by three times, and made it easier to translate the blue prints into dollar figures. My annual Estimates were US$ 50+ Millions.
My responsibility was designing, cost estimating and project management for single-family residential projects. I am responsible of modifying the designs to match the client needs.
