 Trump Plaza Condominium Tower (New Rochelle, NY): One of the billionaire Donald Trump’s signature towers. After my successful completion of the project management of Midtown Reston high rise tower, my company asked me to manage this challenging New York High-Rise Tower. This mixed-use scheme provides for 71, 000 sq. ft. of retail space on the ground floor with an additional 78, 600 sq. ft. of retail space on the second level for a total of 149, 600 sq. ft. and approximately 220, 000 sq. ft. of upscale 32 stories residential condominiums above.

I modified the existing estimating program and designed new one. The new program increased the estimating department productivity by three times, and made it easier to translate the blue prints into dollar figures. My annual Estimates were US$ 50+ Millions.
