❖ Actively involved in Procurement Inspection team and responsible for review of vendor’s preliminary deliverables viz., PQP, QAP/ ITP, test procedure, FAT & IFAT procedures for project specific requirements.
❖ Support the projects by doing all the expediting exercises with the vendor from date of vendor receiving the PO till delivery of the products (materials) to the project store.
❖ Supporting the project team for the early delivery of the materials by coordination with all the other stakeholders such as our engineering team and vendor design team and the vendor production staff.
❖ Review of Purchase Requisition for the compliance to Inspection & Testing Requirements (ITR) as per project specific requirements during pre-bid stage.
❖ Attend kick-off meeting / pre-inspection meeting with vendor’s representative along with the Project management team to finalize QC / inspection and testing requirements etc. as per Project technical specifications and international codes and standards.
❖ Visit vendor’s premises for key stage. Interact with Project team, Client representatives and Third-Party Inspection Agencies for organizing inspections.
❖ Review of Inspection reports, FAT, and IFAT reports
❖ Review final MRB submitted by vendors.
❖ Attended FATs and IFATs for E&I packages & equipment with functional and operational checks and Applying
QA/QC inspection & testing requirements and issue inspection reports, mark-ups, release certificates, PL, NCR, etc.
❖ Interfaces with other disciplines to ensure integration of activities meeting the project inspection and testing
requirements.
❖ Undertakes technical evaluations of vendor offers and issue TBE to ensure PR’s inspection and testing requirements
are met and satisfied.
❖ Carrying out Audit Sessions (Internal & External) of our organization, Vendors, suppliers & Manufactures as Lead
Auditor.
• Material review and approval.
• Designing of cables, PDB, LDB, MCC module.
• Procurement and construction of the above.

• Electrical power distribution network comprising to transformers & control room (SCADA).
• Interior and exterior lighting installations.
• RTU & DB’s & Cable Installation.

Supervision and quality assurance of construction for all electro-mechanical & control works starting from the first fix installation until the commissioning and handing over to the operating company.

• Designing & Installation of Protection system of all Power, Control and Distribution System plant.
• Modifying and Adjusting of Control Rooms (TCR & PCR) of Power Station.

Investigate and Study the situation of the existing public utility network surrounding the project area with respect to availability, reliability, expandability
Preparation of final tender document for the infra- structural works related to the project and the Electro-Mechanical works for all buildings including:
_ Electrical power distribution network, including electrical substations with total power demand of about (4.2 MW) and stand by power-plants with total capacity of about (1.2 MW).
_ Street and area lighting.
_Telephone networks and other low current systems including central fire alarm system, central data network, Sound and public address system, CCTV system and central antenna television system.
Preparation of tender document for all electromechanical systems for the whole project buildings including:
_Electrical power distribution network, Indoor lighting installations.
_Telephone networks and other low current systems including satellite Master antenna, TV system, central fire alarm system, security and CCTV system and sound and public address system.
_Water supply system.
_Automatic fire fighting system.
Supervision and quality assurance of construction for all electro-mechanical works starting from the first fix installation until the commissioning and handing over to the operating company.
Developed the Maintenance schedules for all the Electrical Equipments in the plant and successfully implemented the schedule to ensure safe and continuous running of the plant.
Installation and Maintenance of Control Panels and Programs (PLC, Ladder).
Reviewed and accorded approval for the electrical design documents, calculations and drawings of the consultant for revamp and new projects. Suggested various improvements and modifications.
Successfully supervised the contractor's work. Worked as a lead Electrical Engineer commissioning 66 kV switch yard, large 11 kV motors and transformers, MV switchgear, DG set etc
Successfully developed the spare codification system for Electrical materials and implemented the system.
Successfully planned, organized and executed many annual plant shut down activities.
