Responsible for devising, organizing, and implementing mega/high scale projects (complex in nature) specialized in communication technologies (covering Satellite, Microwave, Fiber Optic infrastructure to internetwork cities) and Information Technologies (covering Application development, ERP and Networking …etc.). The duties and activities include:
• Daily program management throughout the program lifecycle
• Defining the program governance (controls)
• Planning the overall program and monitoring the progress
• Managing the program’s budget
• Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements
• Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies
• Managing and utilizing resources across projects
• Managing stakeholders’ communication
• Aligning the deliverables (outputs) to the program’s “outcome” with the aid of the Business Change Manager
• Leads the planning, implementation and evaluation of a program
• Identifies the scope of the program including the goals and the expected deliverables
• Identifies problems and implements solutions
• Tracks the progress of the program
• Provides direction, motivation, support and inspiration to the program team
• Prepares and presents the progress report to senior management
• Evaluates and assesses the program results
• Managing the main program documentations
• Owner and Managing a complex BOT Project

Establishing ITC PMO based on the PM best practice including the following responsibilities:
• Accountable & responsible for the success of the ITC projects delivery
• Direct and mentor PMO staff members
• Coordinate with the other department managers
• Ensures projects are defined, tracked and communicated in a consistent and effective manner
• Increase beneficiary satisfaction inside and outside ITC sector
• Responsible for delivering regular ITC projects reports and updates.
• Review program, project status and corrective action plans (if required).

In a special assignment for the most 2012 sensitive program to equip the new SEC head office in Riyadh which needs a comprehensive ITC skills & procurements knowledge due time challenges and complexity in systems integrations..
The activities include developing SOW, procurement, evaluation, awarding and implementation for the following (not limited to):
• Voice and Data infrastructure project
• Data networking project
• IPT project
• Video conferencing project
• Smart offices project
• Digital signage project
• End user devices project
• Servers Project
• UPS Project
• Accountable / orchestrate user migration and relocation
All the above projects & activities to be completed not later than 13 April. 2013

• Developing the Projects execution handbook
• Unify Project implementation process, procedure and standardize forms … etc.
• Developing RASCI matrix for IT Projects Execution Division
• Managing IT Projects
• Ensure projects integration
• Identify critical and non-critical risks Identify specific project issues, risks and concerns and institute action and mitigation plans to address such aspects
• Ensure implementation according to the SEC rules and regulation as well as the scope of work requirement & quality on time within the budget allocated.
• Developing skills for potential PM

• Consultancy activities: Studying and creating the roadmap of implementing IT and Business relation based on ITIL/ITSM.
• Consultancy activities: Studying the SLA related services including services catalog, services KPIs and prices related.
• Responsible for ITC Balance scorecard developments (strategies, KPIs and follow up to align with General services & SEC visions)
• ITC strategy development team member.
• Participating in developing the job duties and responsibilities of:
o IT Analysts/Engineers
o IT Experts
o Division Managers of ITC Planning & Projects Dept.

• PMO member: participating in the PMO related activities including (but not limited to) the contracts management, business processes blueprint(s) and implementations activities/ projects.
• Billing Integration Project Manager.
• Nebras Competency Center Manager: post go live management and supports of SAP environment including technical issues, processes & functional issues and new requirements management/issues … etc.
• ITC focal Communication Point.

• Responsible for executing ITC projects in COA.

• Introducing IP based Networking including Design, implementation and Operation based on Marconi and Cisco technologies
• Introducing Client Servers Networking as well as its services including Design, deployment and operation base on Microsoft Technology.
• Introducing Client Servers services including e-Mail, Internet, Intranet and website hosting … etc.
• Enhancement Team Leader for internetworking all SEC branches kingdom wide and connectivity enhancement (team formed as a result of merging all five Saudi electrical companies i.e. SCECOs) .
• Project Manager of IT & C Project such as (as an Example):
o Networking and Application Servers Installation and Operation: to provide SEC-CRB Information Center with latest Technology Servers, Data and storage management and High Availability Solutions to run Client / Server Applications.
o Data Networking Phase I, II and III implementation: to provide, install & Operate CISCO Active equipment, including the design, integration and migration. This project consists of 53 sites in central region with applying MPLS-VPN.
o Introducing Video Conferencing services: To provide, install and operate VC equipment and services for the main 19 sites in central region.
o Data Cabling Systems: To prepare and implement the infrastructure including F/O and UTP for 73 sites
o AD & e-mail Solution: design implement and migrate the network users and services to the AD and e-mail system from Exchange 5.5 to E2K for all SCECOs staff (more than 27000 employees).
• Responsible for:
o Microsoft select agreement(1999-2000).
o Microsoft Enterprise Agreement (2001-2003).
o Internet connectivity (2001).
o SEC-Banks Internetworking.

• Hi-Tech Maintenance to the board level of IT and Communication Equipment.
