* Oversaw work done by offshore teams in Chennai and Mumbai to ensure that trading counterparties' account and settlement information (SSI) were set up and maintained accurately in systems

* Reduced 10% of the total volume of requests raised for FX/MM Treasury products from Sept - Oct by conducting a trending and root cause analysis. Identified gaps in current practices by internal stakeholders (teams and individuals) and remediated repeated
human errors. Results compiled are currently being used for automation initiatives in the next systems release

* Solved the initial problem of Barclays Singapore accounts being booked at the wrong booking center and inaccurate reporting of Barclays books and P&L to the Monetary Authority of Singapore by reviewing FX account opening procedures. Reviewed procedures including exotic currency specific requirements and third party payments.

* Served as host and games person-in-charge for the GRD department's first Christmas lunch event

▪ Worked within a virtual team (Charlotte, Florida, Cork & Singapore) managing Citco's centralised in house trading platform
securities production database AexeoTM; Responsible for the accurate set-up and audit of global securities traded by hedge fund investment managers daily. Maintained static investment data integrity, using multiple external vendor services, handled pricing queries and performed due diligence across all asset classes for the purpose of NAV reporting

▪ Achieved 2nd highest number of requests answered by a team member in October 2012.Fixed income and Equity securities set-up include US/European Corporate and Government Bonds, ABS, CMO's, US Treasuries, ADR and GDR. Other securities include FX, Index, Swaps, Commodities, ETF, Futures & Options. Gained exposure to corporate actions and securities identifiers

▪ Reviewed over 30 corporate accounts daily, ensured client data stored within Citibank systems were kept up to date; Analysed
account maintenance documents (board resolutions), advised and liaised with up to a total of 80 ICG RM's on handling clients' instruction irregularities thereby supporting them in their Relationship Management work

▪ Analysed private clients’ portfolio review reports; Followed up with RMs and the Compliance department weekly on accounts with Equity Positional And Debt Transactional Breaches and compiled performance data (Revenue, New Cash and AUM) of 11 newly hired RMs for management

▪ Created an excel synthesis of accounts transferred between Personal investors and Wealth Management (Jan-May '10); this as well as further enquiries with RMs led to the accountability of $6000 of New Cash brought in which was originally unidentified. Reviewed credit lines, handled client memos, and ensured market data vendor subscription was received by the sales teams
