Manager Integration Department:
Reporting to Director Software and Integration in TSG Dallas (TX) USA, job description as a Manager Software Integration Department includes:
• Planning, building and managing software applications related to healthcare market
• Design and support file managers for DNN based healthcare portals like CPOE, Outreach Order Communication Portal (OOCP) as per Physicians and other customer requirements to encapsulate world wide best practices
• Develop, deploy and support script controllers for various sites to expedite patient registration processes, Lab tests filing and specimens result reporting
• Responsible for ETL processes includes all type of integrations from hierarchical databases (i.e. proprietary software like MEDITECH) to relational databases and vice versa
• Maintain and support emulator software which run for mainframe systems
• Auto data filing in MEDITECH by passing through inbound validations and HL7 queues
• Handles three teams enterprise wide (Different Geo graphical locations) which includes Portal team and system integration team, Meditech Specialists
• Study other healthcare environments that include Cerner and Epic. Their best practices and derived solutions like, Cerner Millennium and Medication processes that improve patient safety and coordination among patient, physician and other provider.

• Learn Healthcare Information system MEDITECH MAGIC/NPR, proprietary software specially designed for hospitals and healthcare institutions
• Support Integrated Financial Applications like Accounts payable, Patient Billing and GL
• Design and enhance functionality in existing integrated financial applications like Accounts payable, Billing and General Ledger for the hospital as per end user need
