• Provides input on bid decisions, proposal development, and estimates (scope, constraints, schedules, budgets) with respect to integration and compliance with safety requirements.
• Provides technical support to safety studies, health assessment studies, and project risk assessments.
• Coordinates appropriate consideration of safety requirements with subcontracts, engineering, and construction personnel as assigned.
• Provides safety technical support and assistance to projects and coordinates safety requirements and formulation of risk reduction measures with project-assigned safety personnel, engineering, construction and onsite ES&H representatives during construction.
• Participates in meetings with customers, project team members, and contractors/subcontractors to advise them of safety requirements that may affect project design, schedule, and cost.
• Drafts comprehensive ES&H plans, project specific risk reduction plans, safety awareness training programs, and technical reports.
• Provides recommendations and input for revising safety procedures, work processes, and other quality improvement measures.
• Conducts safety inspections/assessments of project construction activities to monitor compliance with applicable safety and health requirements including contractual commitments, permits, and the project’s ES&H plan.
• Forms part of leadership team on ES&H related incidents.
• Prepare ESH training presentations, and deliver training sessions when required.
• Prepares project ES&H reports for approval by ESH manager.

• Develop and maintain management systems to identify, manage, document and monitor HSSE risks and ensure compliance with host country regulations and applicable standards
• Set objectives and targets which promote a proactive HSSE culture throughout the organization and continual improvement in HSSE performance
• Ensure that the requirements of our HSSE Policy and accountabilities for implementation under our HSSE management systems are communicated, understood and followed
• Enhance HSSE visibility and awareness and provide appropriate training to staff to ensure HSSE competence is maintained and where appropriate developed
• Engage with our suppliers and contractors to ensure that they understand our HSSE expectations and maintain appropriate HSSE standards
• Include HSSE performance objectives in employee and contractor evaluations, rewards and recognition
• Ensure HSSE risks are identified, evaluated, recorded and mitigated through the design and operation offacilities and the planning and implementation of activities
• Maintain a safe place and systems of work, free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause injury, illness or damage to the environment
• Maintain asset integrity through design and engineering and application of appropriate maintenance, inspection and operations procedures
• Ensure any risks introduced through changes to facilities, equipment, procedures or organization areassessed and managed
• Maintain emergency response procedures and resources in place and regularly test to reduce the impact ofany incident or emergency situation
• Monitor, measure, assess, correct and report on HSSE performance on a regular basis
• Promote a culture where all incidents and near misses are openly reported and investigated, take correctiveactions and verify the effectiveness of those actions
• Periodically audit .

Procedures and Safety Construction best practices where applicable.
>Considering ways for continuous improvement of HSE performance of TSY Construction departments and contractors

Providing advice and whenever necessary hands on support to the subWcontractors in such activities as Job Hazard Analysis,
Risk Assessment, environmental monitoring and Incident Investigation and analysis. >Behavioral
Hold regular HSE meetings with subWcontractors and document the resulting discussions and action points.
>Assisting in the development of emergency response procedures and drills with subW contractor HSE management, closeWout
of corrective actions arising from all HSE activities .
