Responsibilities
• Achieve sales fundamentals 4 P’s through driving sales reps to achieve IMS sales objectives with the right fundamentals.
• Scan allotted area and selects required on, of customers and prepare routes keeping in mind that full area will be well covered and each customer has to be visited on time & at fixed frequency.
• Constantly achieving all of calls per day objective & all of selling calls per day objective.
• Follow up on merchandizing team to ensure proper implementation of merchandizing criteria for all products.
• Ensure proper use of POS material in trade channels under his responsibility.
• Achieving monthly sales target by customer by trade channel by item category by value and by quantity.
• Ensuring 100% collection of due payments at all time with all customers and make sure all sales reps ensure 100% availability at all time of MSL, and make sure that all sales reps did his off-shelf displays at each customer.
• Distribute monthly sales and collection target among all sales reps as per their areas & customers sales history and help them to achieve that sales and collection targets.
• Coordinate monthly promotion and IMS forecast for all customers per item.
Key Customer: Panda, Tamimi, Carrefour, Farm, Lulu, Othaim

Responsibilities
• Present and sell company products and services to current and potential Clients.
• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify and achieve specific targets.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
• Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as Assigned.
• Prepare presentations (new products-to clients), proposals and sales Contracts.
• Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
• Identify and resolve client concerns and problems.
• Prepare a variety of status reports, Promo activity, and closings, & follow-up on goals.
• Relay information & feedback gathered through field activity to Channel Managers
Key customers: - Hospitals, Schools, Universities, Private Companies, Institutions, & Banks
