Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that
will enhance the Organization’s image and position within the marketplace and
the general public, and facilitate internal and external communications; and,
all Organization marketing, communications and public relations activities and
materials including publications, media relations, client acquisition and so forth, And also responsible for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all Organization
publications.

Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution, Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication, Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
planning publicity strategies and campaigns, dealing with inquiries from the public, the press, and related organisations, organizing promotional events such as press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours and visits, speaking publicly at interviews, press conferences and presentations, providing clients with information about new promotional opportunities and current PR campaigns progress.
planning, developing and implementing PR strategies, collating and analyzing media coverage, writing and editing in-house magazines, case studies, speeches, articles and annual report, writing and editing in-house magazines, case studies, speeches, articles and annual reports, preparing and supervising the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia programs, managing and updating information and engaging with users on social media sites such as Twitter and Facebook.
Bachelor's Degree in Communications Technology & Media and Journalism, (Good) degree .
