In my position as a food safety team leader I was responsible of maintaining a whole system together the ISO22000 wich is based on the quality of the food and the hygiene plus the GMP and the HACCP we add to this all the chemical tests and microbiological that I do to keep the quality in control.Plus the ISO 22005 used to follow our products in all the locations in case of recall .
Finally I was the link between the external world and the company example the syndicate of industry and the conference made to find the problems of the industry in Lebanon and what are the solutions.And all the work shop and trade show fair.
Practical works in the laboratory:
In microbiology: test of coombs, define the type of bacteria in every specifics foods, culture of any kind of bacteria, doing an antibiogram
In Nutrition: identification of the quality of honey, identification of the degree of acid in oil,
And other practice likes: electrophoresis, centrifugation, fractioned distillation and purification.
In immunology: Test of Elisa, test of identification of presence of an Antibody “Sandwich” technique and classic technique and alternative technique
In biotechnology: project about the fabrication of cheese (Roquefort) and the consequences and fabrication of alcohol
