Providing leadership and management to the business and fully responsible for the day- to-day running of various departments with managing a fleet over 3000 vehicles across UAE (Taxi, Car Rental, Limousine and Mass Transit), Focused on developing and implementing the company’s strategy and steering the company’s success by achieving growth and revenue objectives.
Accountable for the business development of all Transportation opportunities within the UAE, Leading the identification and development of key client accounts and sales plans, Leading strategic pursuits and directly support the success of the region through winning key projects. provide the leadership management to improve an organization’s market position and achieve financial growth.
Responsibilities: Develop strategic plan by studying operational and financial opportunities for expanding the Company's business. Builds company image & reputation by collaborate with customers, consultancy firms, government departments, community organizations, and employees; implementing ethical and professional business practices. Accomplish subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, cost control procedures, and results measurements; allocating resources, plans & measures. Manage & Presented business plans, tenders, budgets, profit and loss reports. Building business partnership with customers by Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and lowest rate of defection. Ensure practical materials management and develop appropriate action plans to reduce waste time in order to reduce cost and increase profitability. Ensure that overheads, costs and expenses are minimized by carefully controlling and utilizing all resources effectively. Assess & monitoring and control the daily performance of all operations activities and key indicators. Maintains quality service by enforcing organization standards. Develops process and ensure the control systems are in place to improve the company performance by working towards improving standards, providing the best facilities and the highest technical skills.

A corporate level executive engaged in strategic management and expansion of national business by managing two divisions into two emirates (Abu Dhabi & Dubai) and operates over 3000 taxi fleet. Accountable for P&L of all divisions and Quantifying revenue stream, operating costs and estimated profits - organizing and monitoring activities according to priorities and establish schedules and deadlines, reviewing variances to plan with line managers, revenue margins and identifying growth opportunities.
Responsibilities: Determined and implemented the company vision and developed objectives accordingly. Oversaw operations and coordinated with managers to increase quarterly profits. Responded to Board of Directors' concerns at monthly and special meetings. Evaluated operating procedures and looked for ways to improve efficiency. Coordinated with department heads to evaluate business opportunities. Developed quarterly business plans and evaluated cost projections. Evaluated production and budget reports.
