-Prepare a logistics plan, operational plan, transportation plan & warehouse plan.
− Develop logistics along with support plans, budget requirements and deployment timelines for new operations.
-Plan internal and external logistics routes through the project phases focusing on separation of vehicles, machinery and people. Lay down areas and offloading points.
- Coordination of day to day operations including man power mobilization, demobilizations.
- Coordinating with subcontractors to ensure that of workflow.
- Work as part of the delivery team in order to ensure all deliveries recorded on time and the company standard through.
- Creating of site-specific safety manual & methods, ensure vehicles and plants are operated safely by trained personnel and in a legally compliant manner.
- Specifying and managing plant and equipment & Maintain an asset register of all equipment.
- Working on E-Build System like (Purchasing Requests, Pos, MRs…, etc).
- Prepare and verify the all export and import documentations.
- Preparing of daily, weekly and monthly reports (diesel, timesheet, equipment’s, etc).
- Ability to generate new leads depends in situations inside the site.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadline & independently, as well as team member.
- Plan site set-up to move labor, plant, and materials around site efficiently (e.g. cranes, hoists, security, temporary services, material delivery, fuel and waste management strategy).
- Responsible for many departments under logistics like (electrician team, mechanic team, welders, carpenters & plumbers) as well as labors inside garage.
- Preparing quotations and finalizing the order after negotiations.
- Framing marketing strategies and coordinating for marketing promotions.
- Monitoring All received materials and recorded.
- Following up all building materials required.
- Coordinating with tools suppliers for demonstrations & qualities.
- Inventory stock for all items.
-Issuing daily internal requests.
-Leading & guiding a storekeepers.
- Stacking all materials in a safe manner to be sure that the quality of all items.

Ensure any internal event transportation is in proper working condition to execute daily operation.
− Follow up on any required repairs/wash/fueling and maintenance.
− Prepare a table time and check list for each vehicle & Truck.
− Ensure that Storekeepers & workers complete the tasks quickly, effectively, and correctly.
− Ensuring that there are enough workers to fully carry out daily operations.
− Ensure that all workers understand the rules and controls of security and safety and apply them at work to avoid any accidents.
− Coordinate with Third Party Companies for any inspections.
− Coordinate with Post Office & DHL for materials deliveries.
- Responsible for the schedule and transport ofstaff, Artists. Loads and goods unto and from event
site.
− Liaise with relevant event departments, vendors and suppliersto facilitate shipments and loads unto
and off the site.
− Ensure any internal event transportation isin proper working condition to execute daily operation.
− Follow up on any required repairs/wash/fueling and maintenance.
− Responsible for Issuing Gate Passes for all kind of visitors.
− Follow up with supreme committee site manager all kinds of deliveries.
− Arranging storage area for all deliveries.
− Coordinate with Private security team for all types deliveries and exit permits approvals.
− Ensure all drivers of event vehicles are properly licensed to drive; are aware, and follow all Qatar
rules of the road.
− Daily report submits to supreme committee
− Coordinate with operationsteam to ensure all gates are clear before & end of events timing.
− Arranging specific areasfor deliveries during operational times.
− Coordinate with medical teamsto facilitate entries & exits during the operational time.
