- Managing ZAIN Bahrain relationship with Apple.Inc.

- Managing ZAIN Bahrain relationship with other vendors (Samsung, HTC, Nokia .. etc)

- Building post-paid packages and running (ATL/BTL) campaigns (iPhone Package and SMART Packages)

- Post and Pre analysis of launched campaigns.

- Managing / securing stock availability of handsets.

- Managing short and long term forecast of current and coming handsets.

- Monitoring all operation elements (ARPU, revenues, sales, usage and churn). Sharing findings / new proposals upon monitoring.

- Working along with all units to maintain / increase sales and customer experience.

- Managing Marketing other Special Projects.

- Working closely with marketing communication team and branding team to build and update our social media channels. Moving it to #1 in Bahrain.

- Provide support and assistance in organizing periodic Management Review and Internal Audits for Quality and Security standards to assess opportunities for improvement and the need for changes to the systems, including policies and objectives).

- Support and monitor the application of the agreed quality processes and systems implement corrective actions when necessary and produce management reports.

- Providing support and assistance to minimize Customer Service Department complaints and to increase Zain-(Bahrain) customer satisfaction by improving business related processes.

- Support the Business Processes Improvement Project “RE-ENGINEERING TO DELIGHT” and follow up the Progress of the Project Teams (BE Reps).
