Experience in monthly /annually payroll procedures functions (manual & software programs) for more than #550 employees & workers including (attendance, salaries, dedications, the benefits of end of services/annual and sick leaves, loans).

- Fully aware of all work articles related to the Kuwaiti Labor Law.

- Experience in hiring actions, including hiring adv. (internally and overseas), special recruiting requirements and making job descriptions via building a strong and spreaded relationships on all the professional hiring networks.

- Experience in working on HR software program functions.

- Managing all operations related to maintaining updated employee records data files (hard copies /soft copies) according to policy and legal requirements.

- Provide oversight for various departmental functions such as leave requests, benefits, visa applications procedures, medical leave, sick leave, administrative leave, leave without Pay, emergency leave, bereavement leave.

- Process personnel action forms and assures proper approvals and disseminate approved forms.

- Supervising the renewal of car licenses and following up on their periodic maintenance, and following up on their legal delivery and receipt from drivers.

- Involving and dealing with a lot of Kuwaiti governmental authorities such as, public authority for manpower, general department of traffic, general directorate of residency, fire service directorate, municipality directorate, the public institution for social security, PACI, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Ministry of Electricity and Water, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Healthcare, General Directorate of Investigation and Central Agency for Public Tenders.

- Following up and updated with all governmental official forms uses in the State of Kuwait and all online E-services for all above authorities such as the new version of (ASHAL) service, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Commerce and Industry.... etc.
- Experience in dealing and handling all the daily administrative duties.
- Follow up the workflow in a legal manner and maintain the required quality level for the general system of the company to avoid any mistakes.
