Technical Analysis:
o Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and analyze OSN+ business requirements.
o Create and maintain technical documentation, design and propose technical solutions to meet OSN+ business requirements.
o Collaborate with development teams to implement and deploy systems or applications and ensure successful project delivery.
o Provide technical support and resolve issues related to subscriptions and payments - telco, credit card, IAPs, Vouchers.
o Coordinate with partner for continuous development for IAPs and reconciliation.
o SPOC for Vouchers creation and management.

Data Analysis:
o Analyze data generated by billing systems and create automations to ensure high level of data quality and consistency through reconciliations.
o Write well-structured complex SQL scripts to automate reconciliations and actions for its resolution.
o Design and implement needed reports that support management to take effective decisions.
o Support the team by implementing automated operational controls to identify proactively any customer experience issues or data quality issues.
o Perform A/B testing by reporting the issues and raise requests to concerned parties for fixing.
