Technical Analysis:
o Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and analyze OSN+ business requirements.
o Create and maintain technical documentation, design and propose technical solutions to meet OSN+ business requirements.
o Collaborate with development teams to implement and deploy systems or applications and ensure successful project delivery.
o Provide technical support and resolve issues related to subscriptions and payments - telco, credit card, IAPs, Vouchers.
o Coordinate with partner for continuous development for IAPs and reconciliation.
o SPOC for Vouchers creation and management.
Data Analysis:
o Analyze data generated by billing systems and create automations to ensure high level of data quality and consistency through reconciliations.
o Write well-structured complex SQL scripts to automate reconciliations and actions for its resolution.
o Design and implement needed reports that support management to take effective decisions.
o Support the team by implementing automated operational controls to identify proactively any customer experience issues or data quality issues.
o Perform A/B testing by reporting the issues and raise requests to concerned parties for fixing.
• Manage the scope of integration in projects by coordinating with third-party providers, testers, and internal development teams.
• Assist with systems and database administrators to insure integration systems/ applications compatibility with existing architecture.
• Perform monitoring and system tuning and resolve critical problems.
• Identify areas for process improvement, propose and implement solutions and automation of processes.
• Prepare documentation, reports and dashboards and present progress reports to stakeholders.
• Train and monitor junior staff.
• Develop Syriatel new offers and services, solutions for applications/ systems that needs integration with Syriatel core systems and BSS-related systems.
• Provide technical documentation of developed systems and Integration APIs.
• Perform testing of systems from performance perspective.
• Perform daily operational tasks, such as solve customers’ complaints.
