• Evaluation of short listed CVs and sending across to the client for final approval.
• Ensure follow-up to selected candidate’s for Medical Check-up, documentation for visa endorsement till mobilization/deployment.
• MIS report management weekly.
• Timely submissions of CVs to client as per deadline. Arranging candidate’s interviews with clients.
• Evaluation of short listed CVs and sending across to the client for final approval.
• Regular follow up with client for feedback for CV submitted.
• Coordination with different teams as per the need.
• Coordination with different vendors according to the need, i.e. Travel agency, insurance agents.
• Team handling consisting of 3 members for all the overseas recruitment process.
• Conducting telephonic, Skype, Face to face interviews as per the requirement of the client.
• Liaise with department managers in relation to their administrative operations
• Coordinating with process department regarding visa authorization, tickets, and candidate’s visa status.
• Responsible for passport keeping & status updating for the same.
