Position: Civil Engineer .
Duties and responsibilities:-
• In charge of water and shelter Projects: Assessment plans and organizes and monitors the implementation of the project.
Moheet and Al-Qetat water supply projects in Saada Governorate and the tasks are as follows:
1. Prepare technical assessment and project proposal for Al-Qetat water project project.
2. Prepare bill of quantities along with the drawings for the pump room.
3. Prepare bill of quantities along with the drawings for the elevated water reinforced concrete tank.
4. Design the water distribution network and the pumping line and preparing the bill of quantities for both.
5. Prepare tender documents for whole the project.
6. Prepare the technical specification for the project.
7. Prepare donation certificate along with the hand over for the project.
8. Prepare the contracts and payments to the contractors
Al-Harf water supply project in Amran Governorate and the tasks are as follows:
1. Contribution in preparation MOU (memorandum of understanding) of the project.
2. Prepare bill of quantities along with the drawings for the pump room.
3. Prepare bill of quantities along with the drawings for the elevated water reinforced concrete tank.
4. Verify the design of the water distribution network and the pumping line and preparing the bill of quantities for both.
5. Prepare tender documents for whole the project.
6. Prepare the technical specification for the project.
7. Prepare donation certificate along with the hand over for the project.
8. Prepare the contracts and payments to the contractors.
9. Supervising the construction of the project.
Construction of washing basins and playground area in Deportation centre Sana'a and the tasks are as follows:
1. Contribution in preparation MOU (memorandum of understanding) of the project.
2. Prepare bill of quantities along with the drawings for construction of washing basins.
3. Prepare bill of quantities along with the drawings for construction of playground area for the children.
4. Prepare tender documents for whole the project.
5. Prepare the technical specification for the project.
6. Prepare donation certificate along with the hand over for the project.
7. Prepare the contracts and payments to the contractors.
8. Supervising the construction of the project.
Construction of gait training area for Prosthetic and Physiotherapy Centre in Sana’a and the tasks are as follows:
1. Contribution in preparation MOU (memorandum of understanding) of the project with the authorities.
2. Prepare bill of quantities along with the drawings for gait training area.
3. Prepare tender documents for whole the project.
4. Prepare the technical specification for the project.
5. Prepare donation certificate along with the hand over for the project.
6. Prepare the contracts and payments to the contractors.
7. Supervising the construction of the project.
Another responsibilities:
• Maintaining contacts with interlocutors / authorities at local level mainly independently.
• Contributing in writing monthly technical reports.
• Attending the cluster meetings.
• Contributing in preparation of budget for water and habitat Dept.
Support to the Delegation
• provide support to the Institution in getting to a global picture of material living conditions, and in the understanding of the causes of problems, often complex and cross-cutting (health, food security, water et cetera), in rural and urban settings in situations of crisis, as well as in places of detentions;
• Participate in PfR(plan for result), budget elaboration, and to monitor its implementation;

Duties and responsibilities:-
• Surveying, supervising all activities (cut, backfill) for all sections on TOTAL airstrip by total station and level instruments.
• Calculating all quantities (cut, backfill) for TOTAL airstrip.
• Supervising of soil test (CBR) for TOTAL airstrip.
• Monitor production ratio for equipments.
• Preparing all periodic reports for construction works.
• Surveying, designing, and supervising many sections for the blacktop road project with length 7.8 km by total station and level instruments.
• Surveying, supervising several well sites rehabilitation, and leveling the well sites by total station instrument.
• Surveying location of Gas Technical Unit (GTU) and leveling the location by total station instrument.
• Designing some projects for the Client (TOTAL oil company) by AUTOCAD program.
• Calculating of quantities required. And bills for subcontractors.
• Prepare Shop Drawings for 2 villas.
• Supervising all activities for the factory and 2 villas.
