Plan and manage all recruitment campaigns while monitoring the approved budget
Manpower Planning:
Facilitate the overall process of organisation development to ensure the organisation structure is optimally aligned to deliver the business strategy efficiently and effectively; Design and ensure the accurate implementation of manpower planning and the execution of Manpower Plan within approved manpower budget
Manpower Budgeting:
Prepare manpower budget using a combination of bottom-up and top-down methodology, linking the budget of all levels of the firm to the wider company strategies that makes the business objectives achievable.
Talent Acquisition:

JOB PROFILE
Reporting to the Director & Chief Executive, my duties & responsibilities are managing & supervising the following functions :
PERSONNEL / HUMAN RESOURCES :
Determining manpower needs of the organization.
Recruiting Candidates through internal / external sources.
Short listing of candidates by scanning applications,
Conducting first-level or preliminary interviews
Conducting Aptitude Tests to asses the intelligence and technical skills.
Supervise the “In depth Interviews” conducted by the department/divisions heads.
Making the Offer of Employment to the successful candidate.
Sending out rejected letters to unsuccessful candidates.
Introducing new employees through uniform procedures
Coordinate with the department heads to provide pre-job & on the job training.
Follow up with the Head of Department on pre-job training of new employees.
Follow up with the Head of Department on the probationary period of newly joined employees to determine the confirmation of their employment.
Formulating compensation benefits schemes like medical insurance coverage for employees & their families, Life insurance for employees, bonus schemes.
Perform Job Analysis in co-ordination with external analysts:
Monitoring & Evaluating of performance performance appraisals in co-ordination with the Head of Divisons /Departments for Promotions, redeployment or termination of employees.
Maintaining data related to each employee in the Personnel & HR Management and Information System.
Responsible for payroll of employees. Operating on Oracle based Payroll program.
ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS :
Administrating employee leave, travel & ticket procurement.
Maintaining Personnel Files of employees.
Monitoring the Issue of Employment, Visit & Transit Visas.
