• Partners with leaders to understand and execute the organizations' HR and talent strategy,
•Logically organize ideas on issues, develop thorough execution plans and drive the process to successful implementation

• Build and maintain effective working relationships with the business to provide support on organizational matters, serving as a coach to leaders,
• Direct employee programs designed to promote employee communications, optimize organizational effectiveness and increase employee engagement,
• Facilitate organizational design to drive role clarity at the individual and team level,
• Partner with leaders on change management plans and communications strategies,
• Analyze business/functional data to identify trends, and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention and employee engagement,
• Actively participate in the selection of management-level talent,
• Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance,
• Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning,
• Identify training needs for teams and individuals and evaluate training programs,
• Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances,

Key Result Areas:
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition Team providing recruitment services: such as CV screening and phone screens, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, preparing job descriptions and maintain candidate database.
• Knowing about our business, get to know the people and build understanding/ empathy for the challenges they face.
• Schedule and organize training for newly joiners and implement the onboarding plans.
• Schedule and facilitate smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver a first-day experience.
• Maintain records of personnel-related data (personal information, leaves, turnover rates, exit interviews, etc.
• Implement training and development programs according to the needs of the company.
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
• Provide guidance and support for performance management processes and appraisal reviews.
• Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and coordinate exit interviews.
• Stay current to any changes in labor laws, social security and taxation laws, and policies and procedures.

• Introducing new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions
• Analysing and detecting training needs and training gaps in the organization in a close cooperation with the line managers
• Communicating all learning and performance objectives, and training assessments to upper management
• Assessing the effectiveness of training programs and recommended improvements to upper management
• Arranging ongoing technical training and personal development classes for staff members
• Developing and edited training manuals, multimedia visual aids and other educational materials
• Handling all exempt employee coaching, training and performance improvement actions
• Offering a wide variety of courses including topics on communication, team building, etc.
• Reviewing and editing all training materials for accuracy and policy compliance
