•Overall supervising of the Finance Department

•Supervising overall functions of Finance, Admin, HR and IT department
•Preparation of Annual Budgets, Annual Financial and Quarterly Financial Report
•Costing, Procurement Planning and Monitoring of BOQs
•Preparing and monitoring cash flow and bank position for day to day requirements
•Monitoring & Reporting donor grants performance (USAID, World Bank, European Commission etc.)
•Assistance in internal and external auditing exercise
•Preparation of Annual Budget, Annual and Quarterly Financial Reports
•Preparation and monitoring of cash flow and bank position for day to day requirements
•Monitoring development and reporting grants performance to Higher Education Commission (HEC)
•Assistance in internal and external auditing exercise
•Preparation of planning commission documents for capital project grants
•To supervise functions of income generating units like students hostel, cafeteria and faculty hostel
•Preparation of monthly Cash Flow statement and Analysis of changes in working capital for managerial forecast
•Preparation of program budgets and monitoring of banks accounts related to different projects
•Preparation of monthly / quarterly schedules such as advances & accrued expenses
•Checking of vouchers for proper charging and smoothly processing of cash outflows
•Reporting to Donor Agencies (such as European Union, World Bank, USAID etc.)
•Supervision of a 30 member Finance team
