 Responsible to take care of all clients requirements.
 Production planning on men, material and machines.
 Market Survey for supplier and build up data base for materials
 Floating enquiries to suppliers and compare quotations after negotiations
 Ordering and procurement of materials & Coordinate for delivery of the materials on time.
 Supervision of day to day operations of the production work
 Handling man power up to 100-150 people in a shift.
 Evaluating production target and achieving them within time and cost parameters by reducing material loss and men hours.
 Ensure continuous improvement in the quality and minimum rejection.
 Organizing regular periodic meetings & trainings for staff & workers for discussing current work issues and devising solutions for enhanced operations.
 Daily reporting about progress, non-compliance, delay in work to the Production Manager
 Schedule, Supervise & Monitor the routine maintenance & Repair of Machines.
 Responding immediately to equipment breakdown.
 Develop process improvements for inventory, manufacturing and production control systems.
