I started as an HR Officer and was involved in recruitment, employee relation matters for seven divisions. A year later, I was assigned the role of HR Business partner to provide all the necessary support related to various HR aspects and to coordinate all matters requiring external intervention with divisions related to various aspects of HR, assist and advise all employees in HR matters etc. I was assigned with five divisions and had to interact with staff as well as CEOs, Directors and Divisions Heads to find out their requirements from HR as well as sorting out various matters pertaining to HR.
