To plan, direct and to coordinate the work of the division to proactively tackle critical issues by achieving
the most effective utilization of assets while maintaining safety and integrity of the facilities. Assumes overall
responsibility for all Division activities, including asset management expertise and related administrative
functions. Implements company-wide asset management principles for development.
* To check KJO organizational structure against asset management international standard ISO 5500 (PAS55),
* To establish base line conditions in the ‘Plan-Do-Check-Act’ cycle for Gap Closing Analysis of both KJO
organizational structure and asset heath in line with PAS55,
* To enhance asset management system and obtain credited certification according to PAS55, to meet KJO
demands, ensuring improved business processes and delivering an important contribution to value
enhancement in the process.

To supervise the activities of operations inspection section including planning, coordinating,
scheduling and following up the inspection work of day-to-day plant activities, in order to
ensure all company standards are maintained and section objectives are achieved.
Supervising the Engineering Specialist Section, and providing the technical support to
plant operations and new projects
* Leading technical investigations on critical plant operation failures
* Managing start-up and commissioning of new offshore industrial projects
* Managing offshore & onshore plant shutdowns during new project modifications
* Participating effectively in design review sessions of technical disciplines i.e. mechanical
(static), piping, process & structural engineering design
* Participating in HAZOP review sessions for industrial projects
* Specializing in mechanical & piping design
* Managing T&I plant shutdowns

Khafji Joint Operations (KJO) present
FMD
To develop rough scope for major plant turnaround maintenance plant. To plan and
finalize plant shutdown schedule with operation department. To make all related
turnaround maintenance budget estimates for management approvals. To develop
detailed scope of work with tender packages for awarding the contract. To manage all
required technical studies and modification drawings for the intended maintenance
scope. To prepare all market surveys with material specifications and other procurement
documentations, and issue POs for material deliveries. To award the contract, receive the
plant from operation department and call for kick-off meeting to commence the plant
turnarounds within schedule including all repair and inspection works. To handover
back the plant to operation department for plant start-up and commissioning.
To manage and execute all minor capital projects with value up to USD 2 million and
requiring Detailed Design Engineering within approved project parameters such as cost,
timelines, functionality and quality in order to meet the satisfaction and agreed objectives of
the projects handled
To support the Mechanical Workshop Supervisor in the execution of complex preventive
maintenance operations for rotating mechanical equipment’s (large compressors, gas turbines,
blowers, fans, multi-stage process pumps, steam traps etc.) and systems across KJO onshore
& offshore production facilities in compliance with ‘Complex Preventive Maintenance’ plans
developed by Reliability Maintenance Division and annual maintenance plans ensuring
reliability, integrity, uninterrupted operations and sustenance of high productivity standards.
Other Assignment Involved
Assigned to handle four QIP Tasks namely
To supervise, plan, coordinate, schedule and follow-up the work of Engineers in order to
achieve the work of the Engineering section. Oversees day-to-day engineering activities in the
plant to ensure that the appropriate level of competent resources is available to meet the
needs of KJO. Ensure immediate response upon emergency call in plants for troubleshooting
and coordination with SES/TSD
