Job Description: Implementing & Managing a production system in one of the most advanced factories in the world. which is managing the full production process from raw material to the finish goods.
Job Summary: Identify risks, assumptions and constraints, identify stakeholders, define high-level scope, perform project and Ensure quality standards are met, Manage changes to scope, schedule and budget, Measure project performance.
Job Responsibilities Include:
•Develop project schedule: Scheduling aims to predict the future, by considering many uncertainties and assumptions.
•Define scope: determining and documenting a list of specific project goals, deliverables, tasks, costs and deadlines.
•Develop WBS: Creating a work breakdown structure (WBS) which will assist key personnel in the effective allocation of resources, project budgeting, procurement management, scheduling, quality assurance, quality control, risk management, product delivery and service oriented management.
• Implementing System: Implementing a production System (Extrusion Management System) which is managing the whole production processes in the plant (Extrusion, Surface Treatment and packing).
•Training Stuff: Train the high management /technical worker for using the system and explain all the processes they are responsible to do in the system.
•MIS Report: Preparing and presenting the department weekly and monthly management
information system (MIS) report for the top management.
•Financial Report: Preparing and presenting the department monthly and yearly costs and expenses
report for the top management.

Job Responsibilities Include:
•Understanding the manufacturing processes, investigate fundamental principles governing production systems and utilize them for the purposes of analysis, continuous improvement, and design. Order Management.
•Develop systems that work at maximum efficiency but at a low cost, within an agreed time scale and budget.
•Discussing and evaluating systems failures with plant managers and non-technical person.
•Understand the changes in technology and assets to be able to improve their utilization.
Job Description: Co-ordination and supervision of technical aspects of construction projects and placing a fire fighting system to Schools and Buildings.

Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly, providing technical advice and solving problems on site and preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork.
