IT Business Partner or Account Manager is a new role that was created after the merger of all SABIC entities around the world. my responsibilities are to look after 6 affiliates needs from IT and to position IT as strategic partner with these affiliates
I led the SharePoint team which consist of 5 members. During this time, we supported Internal Communication to create Corporate Intranet portal. In addition, we have created and supported SABIC's affiliates intranet portals
I have started the QA team and led it as an initiative where we created QA procedures, enforced documentation and controlled quality and production environments
