Manages all AfterMarket sales, service staff, monthly target, budget, KPIs; resolves most complex business problems for those on the team and handle key customers in the central region.

Making Dailey reports, doing weekly maintenance on electrical control boards, check swich gears and plan the team to repair them when necessary, present monthly presentations updates to gov department about electrical field in general on project
Work on Field and write daily reports to Saudi Aramco ( our client) present weekly and supervision no each job, check electrical tools before every job to avoid problems, making safety meeting before and during and after every job, solve electrical problem during jobs ASAP to avoid costly repairs and save time.
