As the individual responsible for managing the archive room, my duties entail the safeguarding of shipments, the preparation of bank-related communications, and the reconciliation of accounts with the insurance provider. To execute these tasks, I leverage the SAP software to extract invoices and tools that are subsequently verified for completeness and filed within the department's records. Additionally, I am tasked with creating vacation schedules and serving as the secretary for the Finance Manager, GM, and Procurement departments. It is essential to maintain the highest standards of accuracy and confidentiality in the course of my duties to ensure the smooth functioning of the department and the organization as a whole.
