manages the maintenance branch and all maintenance actions.
-Open job card when vehicle came and make full check up for lights, brake, tires, air leak, oil leak.
-Report to maintenance manager about parts not available in the store, trucks visits to workshop, road repair each month.
- distribute work to mechanics according to their capability and the extent of repairs to be done, as determined from work orders received or complaints from operators of the equipment.
-order part from spare part, and contact with spare part department regarding availability parts.
-diagnosis the mechanical and electrical complain to know what exact part need change .
-arrange all job card in each car file history.
- write over times every month for every mechanic if he works after duty and send to service manager at the end of month.
-keep work shop safe place by availability of fire extinguisher.
-check last history for each tanker.
-follow all in vehicle and inform driver at exact time that will be ready.
Receiving customers and check up their vehicles, then write down customers complains and notes.
•Open and write the repair orders by inserting contact information's, payment method and the customers complains problems and notes.
•Review the vehicles maintenance and repairs history.
•Obtain the job labor costs and actual needed time, then check the parts availability and prices, and check available promotions, service contracts, warranty issues and vehicles accessories.
•Advice customers on the maintenance and repairs that should they do, costs, time and parts.
•Resolve Customers complaints and ensure customers have positive experience.
•Follow up vehicles progress through the workshop and with the controllers, and inform the customers on any updates, and obtained his approval before continue, when their additional costs and time.
•Prepare invoices and arrange for active delivery of vehicles and the promised time.

•Monitoring and following all vehicle entering to the workshop and writing all detail in report and Update them on the software, and keep all customers updated on any delays or additional required
repairs, and keep the management updated with work in progress inside the workshop, and inform them for and vehicles or customer need special treatment.
•Distribute the task to all to technicians based on their skills, experiences in a way grantee the smooth work in progress inside the workshop, and make sure the vehicle finished at the promised time.
to Produce Biogas in Rural an Area" design and building digester to produce biogas from Animal waste by using mixing system and heating system at T=35 and isolate the digester to maintain the heat inside Tank, the biogas can be used to cooking and heating for each home in Palestine.
