• Support sales of solutions in a hospital clinical setting and effectively communicate with physicians, clinicians & biomedical engineers
• Promote medical simulation items for clinics & hospitals
• Conduct pre-sales technical consultation with prospective customers to ensure comprehensive understanding of simulation needs back to sales and professional services teams
• Assist with training clinicians, nurse staff & biomedical engineers at customer site on technical features/functions as appropriate

• Build strong business relationships, formulate account strategies to continuously strengthen relationships within the assigned accounts/territory. Identify and respond to key account technical and departmental decision makers’ needs and maintain customer contact records in the relevant CRM tools
• Continuously develop and improve a network of key opinion leaders within the assigned territory
• Track and communicate market trends to/from the field including competitor data, and develop and lead effective counter-strategies
• Created stakeholder analysis for product portfolio and track their trends and changes in the market
• Maintain up to date market and competitor knowledge related to product/solutions/services
• Continuously update understanding of customers’ changing clinical and/or operational issues and challenges
• Create viable product configurations meeting customer needs effectively, while achieving optimum margin for the company
• sales process, effectively using company resources/approved product sales and marketing strategy

• Reads technical journals and literatures related to job field
• Reads and interprets instructional and maintenance manuals and schematic diagrams related to equipment service
• Participates in organized education and training activities to upgrade job knowledge and job performance
• Operates basic test equipment, such as millimeters, oscilloscopes, safety analyzers, ESU analyzers, and Defibrillator analyzers.
• Performs simple electronic component removal and replacement
• Inspect and replace as necessary: patient cables, transducers, lamps, fuses, line cords and line connectors and machine probes.
I work as an operations officer (process setup and execution and cost control) and a salesman for a number of facility services offered by the company.
The company offers the follwing services: cleaning, maintenance, & construction services. In addition, there is security services (manpower and e-solutions), landscape design and improvement, vehicle tracking systems (i.e. GIS), waste management...etc.
The company's objective is to offer a full package of high quality facility services to customers.
