Supervise and lead a team of delivery drivers and field staff to ensure timely and safe delivery of LPG to customers.
·Allocate daily routes and assign tasks to delivery staff based on customer requirements, distance, and vehicle availability.
Monitor and track delivery progress to ensure adherence to scheduled delivery times.
Conduct regular performance assessments and provide training to staff on safe delivery practices, customer service, and vehicle maintenance.
Address and resolve customer complaints and issues related to delivery delays, damages, or service quality.
Communicate with customers to inform them of any changes to delivery schedules, ensuring clear and proactive communication.
Investigate complaints, determine causes, and take corrective actions to prevent future issues.
Foster positive relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., sales, logistics) to ensure accurate order fulfillment and smooth operational flow.

Conduct impromptu Field Visit to the companies on behalf of clients as directed.
Conduct Filed Visit in Polite and Profession discussion way.
Ensure to follow code of conduct as per UAE banking norms and procedures.
Finish all assigned deals ASAP within one day of time.
Keep office staff posted with statues of all assigned deals.
Prepare verification reports and its filing in the respective files along with snaps.
Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluation to determine feasibility of granting loans.

Prepare all rental documents accurately and completely.
Completes rental transaction and agreements for customers following established guidelines and procedures
Review rental parameters & qualify each customer using our company rental requirement guidelines to ensure a complete understanding of our rates and service charges.
Use company approved sales and service techniques when determining customer needs
Provide customers assistance with directions, maps, local area information, appropriate service information, etc.
Sell services & offer optional car/ products to customers in an effort to maximize sales opportunities and meet goals set by management.
Maximizes up-sells and walk-up sales based on vehicle availability, utilizing established sales techniques and dialogues. Programs and services include protection options, refueling program, special promotions, future reservations, upgrades, etc.
Reviews completed contracts with customers to verify accuracy of information and rates, return dates and charges & ensure that the date and time on the rental agreement is accurate.
Prepare the Rental Agreement Folder with all required information.
Review all charges & complete transaction procedures for returned vehicles and verify accuracy of closing calculations.
Answer phones to assist customers in a friendly, helpful and prompt manner.
Assist and coordinate customers within the queue to minimize any wait time and promote the most efficient service method as required
