• Lead a team of maintenance personnel to perform predictive/scheduled/emergency/breakdown maintenance of all types of process/analytical instruments and control systems.
• Planning, work force utilization, training of personnel, development of spare and day-to-day report regarding ongoing plant activities and upcoming projects and integration with existing system.
• Setting up of technical specification for control system upgradation.
• Worked on Ovation 300-win DCS System designed by Emerson Co.
• Coordinating and project interfacing with clients, OEMs, vendors, contractors and management personals.
• Allocation of work/ technical instruction to team.
• Preparation and review of technical documents like tender specifications, evaluation, procurement order, job procedures and other design, erection documents.
• Preparation of RFQ, RFM and purchase orders for new and existing contracts
• Planning of scope of work for yearly contracts.
• Revision of existing work schedules and contracts.
• Worked on Yokogawa CS-1100 .
• Maintenance & Calibration of Field Instruments includes Electronic, Pneumatic, Hydraulic and also Smart Type Instruments with their Communicators
• Supervise Calibirations all Control Valves pneumatic (Fisher) & Smart (yamatake, ABB), transmitters(Yokogawa), (I to P) Foxboro, Flow measurement, all switches.
• Install new Instruments and commissioning for operation
Location: - Nuweiba ( Water Desalination) Plant. Reverse Osmosis system (5000) M3
Job Responsibilities:
• Provided technical support to maintenance and operations department
• Investigate incidents and failure of field instruments and recommend changes
• Worked in control system group and electronics work shop
• Hands on experience in components troubleshooting for PLC Siemens (S7-300) circuits.
• Execution Plan Preparation.
• Execution and follow up of control work activities & Site Acceptance Test procedures .
• Configure and Follow-up PLC, Signal Loops and troubleshooting
• Calibirates all Control Valves pneumatic (Fisher) & Smart (yamatake), transmitters(Yokogawa), (I to P) Foxboro, Flow measurement, all switches .
• Follow-up performance and the plant's daily production in cubic meter through Scada system.
• Review & approve progress report issued by contractors & Issue periodical management reports.
• Monitor staff in the screening rooms, photography and acidification inside the center of documentation and Microfilm.
• Convert documents to the computerized format on HP ML350 G5 proliant server (file server ).
• Management of files and put them on a database can be browsed on the internal network through a program called Logical Doc program.
• Making hardware encryption using safenet dongle and software encryption of all documents in order to preserve a secret.
• Follow-up and software maintenance of all equipment and microfilm scanners of different sizes.
• Review & approve progress report issued by contractors & Issue periodical management reports.
