Project Description: The Project comprises of 20 floor hotel tower catering for 180 units and 47 floor serviced residence tower of 188 units, podium contains 10 floors which will include Car parking, ancillary facilities, Soft & Hard landscaping and Steel Structure.
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Client: Takatuf Jeddah Real Estate Development & Investment LLC
Budget Cost: 1, 239, 867, 357 SAR
Main duties:
Working as Senior Planning and Cost Engineer with the main contractor, I am responsible for planning, Scheduling, Reporting and monitoring the execution to achieve the target dates.
My duties are summarized below:
• Prepare schedules to reflect the work to be undertaken in line with the required Work Breakdown Structure.
• Resource loading in order to produce manpower histograms and Planned ‘S Curve’.
• Prepare and update on a weekly basis a Progress Reports.
• Undertake periodic updates of schedules to show progress and impact of any trends or variances.
• Weekly update physical progress against baseline schedule.
• Issue S-Curves, histograms, two weeks look ahead, progress pictures monthly reports.
• Prepare the Extension of Time application to the Client in accordance with the Contract (FIDIC).
• Issue notice of delay to Client/Engineer when the project faced a delay event by the Client.
• Cost report preparation, Earned Value, SPI, CPI, Cost to Complete & Cost at Completion.
Budget Cost: 292, 000, 000 SAR
The Project comprises of 20 floor hotel tower catering for 180 units and 47 floor serviced residence tower of 188 units, podium contains 10 floors which will include Car parking, ancillary facilities, Soft & Hard landscaping and Steel Structure.
Construction of an enclosed standalone entity interfacing with and linking the surrounding five (5) financial towers includes Podium, Soft & Hard landscaping and Steel Structure.

Project Description: Construction of 151 Villas, 12 Apartment, 26 Duplex, 6 Ancillary Buildings, Soft & Hard landscaping and External Area.
Construction the remaining works of: Podium (2 Parking + GF + 2 Podium levels + 10 Floors Office Building+ Spa + Spa mezz. + Roof) + Tower 1 (60 Residential Floors) + Tower 2 (68 Residential Floors
Construction the 1 Basement+ GF + 3 Parking + Health Club + 41 Residential Floors + Roof
Construction of Tower consist of 3 Basement+ GF + Mezzanine Floor + 20 Floors
Construction of 2 Buildings consist of: LGF + UGF + 6 Residential Floor + Roof
