of vehicle and transport and to maintain fuel consumption report, daily trip sheet, and logbook. 4-To maintain documents with proper
security classification ensuring their safekeeping according to their grades. 5-To keep records of office supplies and place orders as and
when needed. 6-To initiate, review, process, and follow up on actions related to general procurement for the Regiment. 7-To maintain and
update official databases of the headquarters and all the squadrons. 8-To arrange induction and orientation training for the newly
recruited military members. 9- More than a hundred (100+) men from different administrative and training professionals are working under
my supervision.

SECURITY (UN MILITARY POLICE) AND ADMIN OFFICER at UNITED NATIONS MILITARY POLICE UNIT, DR. CONGO under UNDPKO

agencies on different issues. 4-To arrange weekly security briefings for officers and other UN personnel regarding security threats and
operations to be conducted. 5-To ensure that administrative activities are conducted as per the rules, regulations, policies, and strategies
laid down in UN SOPs. 6-To carry out coordination extensively with the administrative and logistical branches and liaise with others related
to the Military Police detachment. 7-To arrange induction and orientation training for the newly arrived military members in the mission area.
8- One officer and twenty men from different ranks were directly under my supervision.

DEPUTY DIRECTOR ADMIN at DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF FORCES INTELLIGENCE, DHAKA

domestic visits, including visa processing, travel booking, purchasing of tickets, hotel reservations, and the preparation of necessary travel
documents. 4-To set up meetings/appointments for both foreign and domestic visitors/delegates. 5-To assist in the finalization of budget
performance reports, analyzing variances between approved budgets and actual expenditures. 6-To carry out other responsibilities that
may arise.7- Ten officers and thirty men from different ranks and appointments were directly under my supervision

ADMIN AND SECURITY OFFICER at UNITED NATIONS MILITARY POLICE UNIT, DR. CONGO under UNDPKO
