As the senior client services manager at a fully integrated digital marketing and media agency I am the single point of contact for the day-to-day management for existing and new client, whilst also proposing new ideas and solutions With the goal of upselling services when possible. •Leading the team in the digitization of our traditional media products, resulting in a 50% increase in digital media sales.
