As the senior client services manager at a fully integrated digital marketing and media agency I am the single point of contact for the day-to-day management for existing and new client, whilst also proposing new ideas and solutions With the goal of upselling services when possible. It is key for me to understand client goals/objectives and their entire offline and online marketing needs. I research and prepare client presentations and reports. •Launched and took to market three new products whilst utilizing in house resources, this resulted in a 20 % contribution to the department’s bottom line.
•Improved sales policies and practices. Defined the sales cycle, created accurate job descriptions and developed standards for a more efficient approach to customer relationship management.
•Leading the team in the digitization of our traditional media products, resulting in a 50% increase in digital media sales.
•Renegotiated contracts and agreements with the major media buying agencies to optimise media spend across our range of products.

I was accountable for ensuring the sales team maximised revenue delivery from keys partners across our print and digital platforms. Responsible for account managing / client servicing the businesses top 20 spending clients, some of which included; DCT, Mubadala, Aldar, Marriot, Flash Entertainment, and Carrefour. Ensured that the sales, production, editorial and distribution teams all understood and bought into the sales strategy and worked together as a collective to achieve our revenue goals. •Managing the team to the highest billed month in Turret’s publishing history at $545, 000
•Overseeing the growth of the sales team from 3 to 10 sales professionals. Responsible for the induction and training of new team members.
•Negotiated and closed annual agreements with the leading clients. Carefully monitoring their spends and making sure they were on track to achieve or exceed their set spend levels from the previous years.
