1-To develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall HR strategy of the Recruitment Unit. 2-To support and
meet the current and future needs of soldiers of the Bangladesh Army. 3-To develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics,
and procedures across the organization. 4-To nurture a positive working environment among the recruiting team and the persons involved
in the entire process. 5-To approve payroll of the employees as per their performance and activities (presence, absences, bonus, leaves,
disciplinary actions, etc). 6-To ensure that administrative activities are carried out under the rules, regulations, policies, and strategies laid
down in the recruitment unit. 7-Recruited over five hundred soldiers in Bangladesh Army. 8- Thirty people including medical officers,
medical assistants, physical training examiners, drivers, and other administrative professionals are supervised by me.
1-To conduct literature reviews. 2-To collect and analyse data. 3-To prepare materials for subjects to be reviewed by a committee. 4-To
prepare interview questions to be asked of the research students. 5-To arrange and conduct interviews with research students. 6-To maintain
records of interviews, safeguarding the confidentiality of subjects, as necessary. 7-To summarize interviews at the end of each session. 8-
To provide ready access to all experimental data for the faculty researcher and/or supervisor. 9-To manage and respond to project-related
email. 10-To prepare, maintain and update website materials. 11-To supervise undergraduate students working on the research project
(maintaining records on assignment completion, acting as liaison/mediator between the undergraduate students and the faculty researcher).
12-To attend area seminars and other meetings as necessary. 15-To summarize project results. 16-To prepare other articles, reports, and
presentations.
1-To ensure that administrative activities are conducted as per the rules, regulations, and policies. 2-To ensure efficient and effective functioning
of the headquarters focusing on the accomplishment of objectives. 3-To oversee the vacancy announcement and review and process
personnel actions through the relevant systems. 4-To carry out a routine audit about purchasing different types of official goods and
equipment. 5-To carry out coordination with different arms and services' headquarters. 6-To plan and organize international and domestic
visits, including visa processing, travel booking, purchasing of tickets, and hotel reservations. 7-To provide administrative, logistical, and
financial assistance for any national and international events. 8-To maintain documents with a proper security classification. 9- More than a
hundred persons and different administrative professionals used to work directly under my supervision
1-To ensure that administrative activities are carried out as per the rules, regulations, policies, and strategies of the Regiment. 2-To carry
out routine checks about all the squadrons regarding administrative, financial, and logistical matters. 3-To oversee repair and maintenance
of vehicle and transport and to maintain fuel consumption report, daily trip sheet, and logbook. 4-To maintain documents with proper
security classification ensuring their safekeeping according to their grades. 5-To keep records of office supplies and place orders as and
when needed. 6-To initiate, review, process, and follow up on actions related to general procurement for the Regiment. 7-To maintain and
update official databases of the headquarters and all the squadrons. 8-To arrange induction and orientation training for the newly
recruited military members. 9- More than a hundred (100+) men from different administrative and training professionals are working under
my supervision.
1-To conduct a routine security survey in UN premises/UN installations and co-ordination with MONOUSCO security. 2-To Investigate and
prepare report cases e.g. theft, illegal entry, assault, or other Incident. 3-To carry out to liaise with local administration and law enforcement
agencies on different issues. 4-To arrange weekly security briefings for officers and other UN personnel regarding security threats and
operations to be conducted. 5-To ensure that administrative activities are conducted as per the rules, regulations, policies, and strategies
laid down in UN SOPs. 6-To carry out coordination extensively with the administrative and logistical branches and liaise with others related
to the Military Police detachment. 7-To arrange induction and orientation training for the newly arrived military members in the mission area.
8- One officer and twenty men from different ranks were directly under my supervision.
1-To arrange a call on/meeting for the Director of Counter Terrorism Intelligence Bureau (CTIB) with the Defense Attachés, Ambassadors, and
foreign intelligence counterparts of different countries stationed in Bangladesh. 2-To ensure that administrative activities are carried out
under the rules, regulations, policies, and strategies laid down in the counterintelligence bureau. 3-To plan and organize international and
domestic visits, including visa processing, travel booking, purchasing of tickets, hotel reservations, and the preparation of necessary travel
documents. 4-To set up meetings/appointments for both foreign and domestic visitors/delegates. 5-To assist in the finalization of budget
performance reports, analyzing variances between approved budgets and actual expenditures. 6-To carry out other responsibilities that
may arise.7- Ten officers and thirty men from different ranks and appointments were directly under my supervision
1-To Investigate and prepare reports on various cases e.g., theft, illegal entry, assault, or other Incidents. 2-To carry out to liaise with local
administration and law enforcement agencies on various aspects e.g., accidents, incidents, investigations, and prisoner handling. 3-To
transfer/hand over prisoners from one place to another in coordination with local law enforcement agencies. 4-To organize training for the
Military Police Personnel in carrying out various tasks as per the MONUC SOP and other guidelines from SRSG, Force Commander, and
Force Provost Marshal's office. 5-To provide administrative, logistical, and financial assistance to carry out security responsibilities. 6-To
arrange induction and orientation training for the newly arrived military members in the mission area. 7-To carry out other responsibilities
that may arise. 8- Two officers and twenty men from different ranks and appointments were directly under my supervision.
1-To provide administrative, logistical, and financial assistance for any cadre, courses, etc organized in the squadron. 2-To oversee repair
and maintenance of vehicle and transport and to maintain fuel consumption report, daily trip sheet, and logbook. 3-To provide expert
assistance and coordination in the preparation and development of the squadron's work plan. 4-To keep track of the squadron's evaluation
status. 5- To plan and organize recreational tours for the troops and their families. 6-To organize routine health check-ups for the squadron. 7-
To plan and prepare the squadron to be ready for annual technical and fitness inspection. Training activities: 8-To plan and conduct special
classes for new recruits in the unit. 9-To plan and organize yearly training for all ranks of the squadron. 10- Twenty men from different
ranks and appointments were directly under my supervision.
