1. Participate in the development and refinement of INTIGRAL’s corporate vision and strategy, and contribute to the overall process of corporate management and decision making to ensure the organisation maximizes its short, medium and long term profitability and return to its shareholders.
2. Formulate and approve the Human Capital functional goals, strategies and work plans to ensure the HC strategy is aligned to INTIGRAL’s business strategy.
3. Work closely with the Sector Managers to plan and advance the people agenda, analyse manpower plans, implications of decisions, and address issues to direct the HR priorities accordingly.

Direct and advise the medium to longer-term operations of the respective departments in the HC sector by providing expertise, encouraging and ensuring teamwork, providing leadership, and facilitating the integration of work processes in order to achieve high performance standards in a motivated work environment at INTIGRAL.
5. Lead and direct the development and effective deployment of human resources policies, systems, and processes that support the achievement of the HC strategy including talent acquisition and training, organizational development, manpower planning, reward management, and HR services.
6. Oversee and approve the budget related to HC, ensuring that adequate provision is made for all activities. 7. Monitor and control expenditure against approved budget and reconcile budget variances to ensure on-target performance against budgets.
8. Oversee the design/maintenance of the organization structure in line with the overall business direction.
9. Oversee the Manpower plan development in line with the business direction and the organizational requirements.
10. Oversee the development of HC strategic objectives and plans for talent acquisition and development for specified disciplines to ensure effective implementation of such development programs appropriate for the company.
11. Direct the process of organisational development that primarily addresses talent management initiatives and succession planning throughout the company and identifies opportunities to develop individuals within the company in order to handle greater responsibilities.
12. Oversee the design/application of the performance management system to ensure that corporate KPIs are in line with the organizational strategy and adequate cascade of the same for respective departments.
13. Oversee and approve the Reward strategy and philosophy in line with the HC strategy.
14. Oversee the HR systems functionality to ensure alignment of the same with the respective HR processes. 15. Lead and direct the development and roll out of initiatives related to the company’s core values, champion the change management process, and facilitate communication to build staff commitment and to ensure that INTIGRAL’s employees demonstrate the strategic behaviours required for achieving required success.
16. Oversee the Recruitment strategy in line with the HC strategy to ensure adequate placement of resources.
17. Oversee the development of employee relations policies and practices to promote a high level of employee morale within INTIGRAL.
18. Oversee the payroll process to ensure timeliness and adequacy of the same.
19. Ensure that all Human Resources policies and procedures are in full compliance with the Labour Regulations and other Government legal provisions both (KSA & UAE).
20. Assist in the management of change through continuous improvement of the functional processes and practices taking into account ‘leading practices’ and changes in the business environment to ensure the demands meet proactive action plans.
21. To manage and lead Corporate Services function which encompasses general services, government relations, security services, mailing services, Insurance and buildings.
