Manage all matters related to the development and expansion of the branch network of the Bank

- Manage the implementation plans of the new branches, Remittance center and ATM
-Preparation of feasibility studies for the new branches and development current locations .
- Manage and coordinate network projects with engineering & administration division
- Evaluate all future projects and service of the bank
- Supervising projects tests before the roll-out.
- Manage the budget & Business plan for expansion plans
- Evaluating the selected sites to meet the bank requirement
- Evaluate the feasibility studies after operating the locations.
- negotiation with landlords about the pricing.
- raise monthly reports to the CEO ab`out the projects progress.

- Manage the implementation plans for the new branches.

- Coordinate and participate with Retail Banking Departments to enhance process flows for betterment of customer service.

10 new branches have been established

10 new branches have been established

2013
The expansion plan of the current year (2013) has been achieved. 28 sites for new branches are under construction.

Responsibilities:
Follow up the previliges and authorities on new systems for employees.
Follow up with legal department regarding all unanswered questions from branches to legal.
Follow up with legal department ragadring all raised cases.
Raise change requests on systems and discuss these changes with related departments.
Raise new/change procedures to process and reengineering department.
Update process and reengineering department with retail department's comments
regarding new procedures.
Update SLA unit with retail department's comments regarding new SLA's.
Raise monthly reports to SLA unit with the uncooperative departments based on the agreed
SLA's.
Conduct workshops with related departments prior relesing new systems.
Conduct needed studies on agreements and forms used in branches and discuss it with
process and reengineering department.
Conduct needed studies for system user guides and discuss it with process and
reengineering department.
Respond on the technical reports from risk management, and conduct the correction
actions for each case.
Come up with correction actions for comments rased from audit team from risk
management.
Come up with correction actions for comments rased from audit department.
Raise suspicios cases to AML and Fruad Department.
Reguler Follow up the previliges and authorities on systems for employees.
Issue letters to branches and other departments.
Update the fees and limits on T24 and ODS.
