Many of the issues, we have solved together in a very simplified manner, without any bureaucratic hick-ups. He brings his vast knowledge to the team. He constantly thinks how we can work more efficiently and effectively and when he sees a need, he would make recommendations about how to improve certain work processes. He is very articulate in handling Contractors and vendors.
