Start my own project by opening a clothing manufacturing company in Egypt. The aim for my project is was to provide a full-package manufacture company, in which we will procure all the necessary materials as well as approve the quality of the materials. We will handle the pattern making, cutting, sewing, printing, packaging, folding, and everything that comes with producing a line. Managing my own project was a challenge but I was able to learn and develop a lot in this field. Some of my duties were:
• Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.
• Screening, recruiting and training new factory workers.
• As a Quality control specialist: establishing and executing quality control processes.
• Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
• Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
• Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.
• Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.
I was assigned to manage the ISO certifications and supervise the quality team to achieve the ISO certificates. As a result, the company was able to achieve the ISO 9001:2015 & 14001: 2015 & 45001: 2018 certificates after 6 months of continuous work.
