2. Institutional Assessment Project for Implementing IFMIS/RMIS in 22 municipalities for the benefit of Municipal Development and Lending Fund (MDLF)

Main Duties within the PwC team:
1- Assessment of the current situation inside each of the targeted municipalities to measure the readiness to implement IFMIS/RMIS, the assessment will measure the finance, organization structure, IT environment, and the human resources needed for the implementation.
2- Detailed reporting for each of the municipalities and final report that will summarize the results.
