Duties & Responsibilities:
! Assigned as a project member for building new oil platform (Umm Lulu field) with total
cost of $2 billion that would increase the oil production in the upcoming years, currently in EPC Stage (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) the main tasks of detailed engineering are:
! Provide assurance to the Project Management that work is done within their particular
specialization in accordance with the approved procedures.
! Bring to the projects, ADMA-OPCO experience in previous similar projects, familiarity of
ADMA-OPCO codes and Standards and requirements for standardization and compatibilities between the Company's different facilities.
! Full delegation to work independently within the PMT to provide the required functional/
technical support. In line with this assurance process.
! Coordinate the technical work activities with the parent Division to ensure full
compliance with corporate requirements and maintain alignment. This is aimed to reduce /
minimize the need to involve the parent Divisions in detailed works and the day to day
activities of the project.
! Deep involvement in main communication systems such as; PAGA, CCTV, Security
Systems, Weather monitoring system, Subsea Fiber optics, Outside Fiber plant, Telephony
Systems, Cyber Security, LAN and WAN.

Duties & Responsibilities:
! Work on Telecommunications schemes, projects and development of radio/data
communications, Transmission and switching systems for all of ADMA-OPCO sites.
! Project management responsibility in preparing project schedule / project team / project
reports / vendor selection
! Responsible in preparing updates on project engineering procedures including description of the project administration process and contract documentation guidelines; ensured
projects are implemented in accordance with applicable codes and standards & specification, request for proposal (RFP) and contracting procedures.
! Prepare scope of work, technical specifications to approved standards & evaluation of technical bids.
! Active participation in testing, installing and commissioning of Telecommunications
schemes.
! Preparing & implementing plan and program for all activities. Drafting correspondence and technical reports.
! Assigned to the FEED project as a Telecom Engineer, responsible for technical aspects of the telecommunication systems design.
! Organize the preparation of equipment and material specifications.
! Participate in the development of engineering calculations and drawings including the preparation of the design basis document, Bill of Quantities, Block Diagrams, Equipment
system specifications, layout drawings, block diagrams, cable routing, Interconnection
Schedules and Materials Take-off.
! Verify and conceptualize the most optimum work route. Identify a clear scope of work/supply and accordingly plan/schedule the engineering activities and manpower
resource.
! Quantify total number of engineering deliverables, man-hour allocation, format of delivery and time.
