Directing day-to-day operations of the 3 divisions (Operation & Maintenance Division, Facility Management Division and Environmental Service Division.

I worked as a Project Manager then Program Manager for several O&M projects such as: Al Jouf University Project, Prince Sattam University Projects including campus, medical center and staff housing, Imam Mohammad Bin Saud University Projects
• Managing all projects resources to ensure proper using and implementation.
•Managing & Control project operations to ensure that the services are executed efficiently in time and within contractual budget.
•Directing all activities relating to contracted facility services, including site mobilization, demobilization, materials, equipment, budget
