I oversaw and managed various projects, including all
digital projects; social media development, website
development, company-client communication, graphic
design projects and menu creation, marketing
campaigns, and sales initiatives. Through this process, I
developed the critical skills of project management, such
as agile and lean management strategies, WBS, project
planning, execution and closure, providing reports and
analytics of various essential project stages.
I was part of the sales and marketing team, who was in charge of acquiring new clients for the company. Through this experience I
learned the arts of cold-calls, cold-emails, as well as other sales methods such as hand-to-hand distribution.
The duties of this position included: The process of hiring new
employees, as well as using government applications to hire new
employees, write and renew legal contracts, add new employees to
our company, renew Saudi Resident documentation (Iqama), understanding the Saudization standards within the company, as well as termination of employment contracts
My duties and experience consisted of:
- Understanding and accessing the “MSI NiteVision” hotel
reservation software.
- Checking guests in and out of the hotel.
- Keeping count of the register, and documenting all transactions.
- Performing Night shift auditing procedures, assuring financial
transactions are accounted for.
- Booking future reservations for high priority business clients and
companies, as well as billing GNS’ for their bookings.
I worked as an English teacher for the ESL (English as a second language)
program, tutoring people from anywhere between the ages of 12-60.
Both one-on-one, and in a classroom environment.
My administrative duties consisted of:
- Composing daily memos.
- Managing and archiving paperwork.
- Running company-wide errands.
