▪ Manage all Moodle courses/accounts/tools.
▪ As a member of AOU E-Learning Team, the task of training staff and students on how to use the system, one of the tasks assigned to me.
▪ Executes constant upgrades and backups to Moodle contents.
▪ Provide support to stakeholders and internal teams in the area of multimedia storage, course cloning, coping, backing-up, retrieving and setup processes.
▪ Configure management and documentation of Reporting Environment and all custom reports.

▪ Provides technical support, training, and assistance to students, faculty, and staff in a computer lab environment; analyses problems and implements solutions according to Department guidelines and procedures; performs network and server administrator duties, and assures system stability, accessibility, and proper configuration of assigned technical systems and components.
